Over a decade in SaaS taught me that the best products don’t demand attention, they earn trust.

My SaaS experience is built across three connected strands: product design, UX design, and CRO. I see them as one system, shaping how users understand value, move through products, and make confident decisions.

Over more than a decade at GBG and GBG/Loqate, I designed products in high-trust domains spanning location, identity, and fraud, where clarity isn’t optional, it’s critical. That work shaped my approach to design as decision architecture, not just screens.

Across enterprise SaaS, learning platforms, and ecommerce, I design end-to-end journeys from onboarding to conversion and retention. CRO acts as the feedback loop, validating whether clarity is working in practice and feeding insight back into product and UX decisions. The goal is always the same: reduce friction, build trust, and help products perform quietly and at scale.

Product, UX, and CRO designed as one connected system…

Product Design (The System)

I design clear product structures, mental models, and decision paths for complex SaaS platforms people trust.

UX Design (The Experience)

I translate complexity into intuitive flows and interfaces that reduce effort and help users move forward with confidence.

Conversion Design (The Signal)

I turn behavioural data into insight that sharpens product, UX, and conversion performance.

About Me

I’m a SaaS Product Designer specialising in turning complex systems into clear, intuitive user experiences. My work spans location, identity, and fraud platforms, as well as SaaS-based learning products for the luxury hospitality market and product design in ecommerce and lifestyle spaces. I design across UX, product design, and CRO, focused on clarity that builds trust, drives adoption, and supports growth.

My SaaS Experience at GBG/Loqate
  • I’m a Product Designer working at the intersection of UX, product design, and product marketing. I design clear, intuitive product experiences that turn complex systems into products people actually understand, trust, and want to use.

My background spans SaaS, learning platforms, and hospitality technology, including booking platforms, onboarding systems, and host-facing tools. I work end to end, from discovery and onboarding through activation, monetisation, and retention, always balancing user needs with commercial outcomes. I treat UX, CRO, and product clarity as core design disciplines, not surface-level optimisation.

Alongside my product roles, I founded azulomo, a self-serve learning and design platform for boutique STR and hotel owners. Designing it end to end sharpened my experience in product-led growth, lifecycle design, onboarding systems, and niche platform strategy, and deepened my instinct for building products that operate independently and scale with clarity.

I’m drawn to complex problem spaces and evolving products, especially where design is treated as a strategic function. For me, great product design isn’t about polish alone. It’s about creating systems that feel calm, understandable, and commercially effective, where clarity becomes a genuine competitive advantage.

  • I design by understanding the problem before the interface. Direction comes from user research, behavioural signals, and moments of friction, then translating those insights into clear interaction models, flows, and systems.

I work closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to design solutions that can ship, scale, and evolve, balancing usability, technical constraints, and commercial goals. My process blends evidence and judgement, using research and data to inform decisions, and experience to turn insight into practical design action.

When product design works well, it feels effortless. The system stays out of the way, users understand what to do next, and progress happens without friction.

  • Time by the coast helps me think clearly. Paddleboarding, kayaking, and long walks are where many ideas start. I’m deeply interested in interiors, spatial design, and Mediterranean aesthetics, which influence how I think about emotion, flow, and experience, both digital and physical.

Photography, abstract art, and an enduring curiosity about human behaviour shape how I observe patterns and decisions. Together, these interests feed into my design work, bringing restraint, empathy, and clarity to everything I build.
